The Re-Entry Connect Organization Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, built on the belief that every person deserves a second chance. We are a passionate, community-driven team dedicated to breaking the cycle of incarceration by providing formerly incarcerated individuals and at-riskyouth with the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive.

Founded on the principles of empowerment, compassion, and innovation, we work at the intersection of social justice and community development. Our approach goes beyond simply connecting people to services we walk alongside individuals as they navigate the challenges of reintegration, offering housing solutions, tailored programming, mentorship, and access to a centralized resource hub designed to make the re-entry journey less overwhelming.

We also believe that lasting change starts early. Through our youth outreach initiatives, we engage at-risk young people with mentorship and guidance, helping them build a foundation for a brighter future before the cycle of the justice system can take hold.

With over 150 lives impacted and a growing presence in our community, we are more than an organization — we are a movement committed to building a safer, more inclusive society where second chances are not the exception, but the standard. All of our services are provided at no cost to participants, because we believe access to opportunity should never come with a price tag.
